As Territory Sales Manager for Catalonia, you will play a key role in driving our continued growth in the Iberian market. You will expand our market share by positioning Kongsberg as the preferred partner for digital cutting solutions across corrugated packaging, signage and display, flexible packaging, and related industries.
You will develop strong customer relationships, win new business, manage key accounts, and drive value-based sales across our full portfolio of systems and service solutions. Working closely with our Iberian sales and service teams, you will implement go-to-market strategies, identify new market opportunities, and provide valuable market intelligence that shapes future growth initiatives.

What makes you a great fit?
You are an experienced B2B sales professional with a strong track record in high-tech, digital printing, packaging, commercial equipment, or technology-driven environments. You are confident in direct sales, skilled at both developing new business and growing existing accounts, and comfortable navigating complex negotiations and closing deals.
You bring a solid understanding of corrugated packaging and sign & display markets, along with broad knowledge of digital finishing solutions and strong commercial and financial awareness. Structured in your sales approach, you actively use CRM tools such as Salesforce to manage your pipeline and opportunities.
Fluency in Spanish and English is required, Catalan is a strong advantage. You are self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently while collaborating with regional and international teams. The role requires frequent travel across Catalonia and the wider Iberian region (+50%).
Ideally, you are based in Barcelona or the surrounding Catalonia region.
