About the position
In this hands-on role, you will join our electrical engineering team and work closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop, prototype, test, and optimize electronic and mechatronic systems for high-precision equipment.
Responsibilities include:
- maintain and improve subsystems
- validate new functionality
- support testing and quality processes
- contribute to documentation and engineering changes

Qualifications and experience
- experienced engineer or recent graduate with a bachelor's or master's degree in electrical or mechatronics engineering
- experience or interest in embedded electronics and mechatronics and CAD tools
- proficiency in English, Czech for location Brno or preferably Norwegian for location Kongsberg
- proactive, pragmatic and analytical team player who balances hands-on and theoretical work, takes initiative and ownership, learns from others, and confidently shares ideas
