How does this role contribute to our ambitions?
As a Field Service Engineer for South West England, you play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring our technology performs at its best in the field.
Supporting customers across the South West and Midlands region, you will install, configure, maintain, and repair advanced electro-mechanical systems and software solutions. You are the face of our company on site, translating technical expertise into real business value for customers.
Through professional installations, hands-on training, preventive maintenance, and responsive troubleshooting, you ensure maximum uptime, strong customer satisfaction, and long-term partnerships. Working closely with First Line Support and Service teams, you help drive efficient case resolution and continuous improvement.
This is a highly autonomous, field-based role with approximately 80% travel, including occasional travel outside the UK.
What makes you a great fit?
You are a hands-on problem solver who thrives in a customer-facing environment. With a degree in electronics, mechanics, or equivalent field service experience, you bring strong electro-mechanical expertise combined with confidence in working with software and complete system workflows.
You are comfortable diagnosing issues both remotely and on site, clearly explaining solutions and action plans to customers. Organised and self-driven, you manage documentation, reports, and expenses with care while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
You enjoy working independently but value collaboration, support your colleagues when needed, and bring a positive, service-oriented mindset. A valid UK driving licence and business-level English are essential.
How do we contribute to shaping your future together?
In this role, you gain the opportunity to work with advanced technology while developing both your technical and customer-facing skills. No two days are the same — you will experience autonomy, regional responsibility, and continuous learning.
We support your growth through product training, hands-on experience, and collaboration with experienced service professionals. You will represent the company at regional events and trade shows, expanding your exposure and professional network.
Together, we build expertise, customer trust, and long-term career development.
