About the Role
We are looking for an Business Process Manager with a strong Finance focus to bridge Finance, IT, and the business. You will ensure processes, data structures and the ERP system effectively support financial reporting and decision‑making in an international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support finance-related IT initiatives;
- Act as the key link between our business users in sales, service and the factory, finance and IT;
- Document and maintain financial processes and ensure they are accurately reflected in our ERP system (D365 F&O);
- Maintain and improve financial data structures and reporting;
- Support users and drive effective system usage;
- Deliver insights through data analysis and Power BI reporting.
Your Profile
- A strong understanding of financial processes and reporting, gained through advanced education in finance/ economy/ business and/or relevant experience;
- Experience or strong interest in ERP systems (D365 D&O preferred but not mandatory), knowledge of Power BI or similar reporting tools is a plus;
- Analytical mindset with the ability to work with large volumes of data;
- Proactive, pragmatic, and solution-driven;
- Strong interpersonal skills (English) with a collaborative, customer-focused approach (stakeholder management);
- International mindset with the ability to work across cultures and regions, willing to travel occasionally.
