Kongsberg Precision Cutting Systems is looking for a Global Talent Acquisition Partner to play a pivotal role in shaping how we attract, hire, and engage talent across our international business.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role for an experienced senior recruiter who enjoys operating at both strategic and delivery level. You’ll work closely with senior leaders worldwide, own end-to-end recruitment across multiple regions, and help elevate our talent acquisition capability as the business continues to grow.

What you’ll be responsible for
As our Global Talent Acquisition Partner, you will:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for a wide range of roles across Europe, the Americas, and Asia
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and senior leaders, shaping hiring strategies and success profiles
- Partner closely with the business to deeply understand roles, teams, and future capability needs
- Proactively source and engage high-quality talent, including for niche and hard-to-fill roles
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and recurring positions
- Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience, from first contact through to onboarding
- Track and analyse hiring metrics to drive continuous improvement and smarter decision-making
- Contribute to and lead broader people initiatives, such as EVP development, onboarding improvements, hiring manager capability, and assessment approaches
- Manage relationships with RPO partners or external search firms when needed
What we’re looking for
You’ll be successful in this role if you bring:
- Proven and extensive experience as a Senior Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Partner
- Hands-on experience recruiting across multiple countries and cultures
- Strong direct sourcing capability and confidence working in competitive, specialist markets
- The ability to build credibility and trust with hiring managers and senior stakeholders
- A pragmatic, solutions-focused approach to recruitment challenges
- Comfort and excel in working autonomously in a global, fast-moving environment
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Fluent English (additional languages are a strong advantage)
- Flexibility to collaborate across time zones when required
