As a Global Support Engineer, you are a trusted technical expert and problem solver. You will work closely with customers, distributors, service engineers, Product Management, and R&D teams across the globe to diagnose complex issues, deliver effective solutions, and help drive product excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical and product-related issues.
- Provide advanced remote support to internal teams, distributors, and service partners worldwide.
- Take ownership of support cases and ensure clear, professional, and timely communication throughout the resolution process.
- Document solutions, best practices, and lessons learned to strengthen our global knowledge base.
- Identify recurring issues and collaborate with Product Management and R&D to drive continuous product improvements.
- Support, coach, and train first-line support teams, distributors, and service partners.
- Coordinate the most effective resolution path, including engineering support, spare parts, or field service intervention.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, service procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
- Continuously develop your technical expertise through training, hands-on experience, and knowledge sharing.
